  • Monitor team performance and provide training
  • Ensure timely collections and financial discipline
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales (Switches Sales)
  • Proven team handling experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and planning ability
