The State Head will be responsible for overall business growth, sales performance, and market expansion across the state.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire state sales operations
- Set and achieve state-level sales targets
- Build and manage a strong sales team (ASM, TSM, Executives)
- Develop long-term business strategies
- Strengthen distributor and dealer network
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and collections
- Represent the company in key business meetings
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (Switches Sales)
- Strong experience in electrical or related industry
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
- Ability to drive large teams and achieve aggressive targets
