Job Description
The TSM will be responsible for handling sales operations within a specific territory and managing distributor performance.
Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory
- Drive primary and secondary sales
- Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement
- Support and guide sales executives
- Plan and execute sales strategies in the territory
- Track payments and outstanding collections
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Switches Sales
- Strong leadership and territory handling skills
- Good analytical and reporting ability
- Ability to handle distributors independently
