Job Description

The TSM will be responsible for handling sales operations within a specific territory and managing distributor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory
  • Drive primary and secondary sales
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement
  • Support and guide sales executives
  • Plan and execute sales strategies in the territory
  • Track payments and outstanding collections
  • Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Switches Sales
  • Strong leadership and territory handling skills
  • Good analytical and reporting ability
  • Ability to handle distributors independently
